2. Interview and Approve
Your business decides who to interview, what qualifications and documents are required, and who joins your backup worker pool.
3. Send an Open Shift
When you need a worker, send the shift to selected workers or your entire backup worker pool.
4. See Who Is Available
Interested backup workers can respond to the shift. Your business can see who is available and select the worker you want.
5. Follow the Shift
